How to place an order
To order any product listed on the emodchips.com.au web site, simply send an email to sales@emodchips.com.au
Please provide in the email:
- Your full name and postal address
- What you would like to order, and quantity
- Contact information - email
- Your preferred payment method (COD, Direct Deposit, Credit Card, Paymate)
- Your preferred method of delivery (Express post or standard - see shipping for full details)
By ordering any product of the emodchips.com.au web site you agree to all terms and conditions.
Once we receive you order, a conformation email will be sent confirming the order with our bank details (for direct deposit) and instructions on payment. |

Payment options
Direct deposit

To pay via Direct deposit means to directly deposit the total amount into our company bank account, once payment is confirmed your order will be posted.
If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit then our bank details will be forwarded to you after placing an order. |

COD |
| |

COD allows you to pay for the goods as you receive them. When an order is made via COD, it is posted to the nearest post office, you will be contacted by australia post (by a card in the mail). Simply pay for the goods at the counter of the post office and they will forward the payment to us. This is the best option if you feel unsafe about purchasing over the internet.
COD usually costs between $12 - $14, and is calculated by weight. |

Paymate is used to receive online payments via credit card.
You do NOT require a Paymate account to use this facility.

All deliveries are posted as soon as possible (if out of stock, orders will be posted as soon as stock arrives)
Please be aware that all modifications will void your warranty.
emodchips.com.au does not take any responsibility in anyway to which you use the mod chip, its sole purpose is to enable you to run the Linux operating system from your xbox.
All sales are final. Sales are non returnable or exchangeable unless due to a manufactures fault that is reported within 7 days of sale. Returned merchandise must be unopened and new in condition with its original packing and all warranty stickers intact. All returns are at the customers expense.
All prices are stated in the Australian dollar, unless otherwise noted. |
